The Los Angeles Kings has wiped out their frustrations of forty-five years in one thrilling night. For the first time in the club’s history, they have emerged as the victorious of the Stanley Cup.

The players as well as the officials were overjoyed and seemed floating with the rhythm of the magical moments. The defenseman of the Kings Drew Doughty described it as the best feeling ever.

The party actually started even before the finishing of the final game. With a 6-1 edge over the New Jersey Devils, Kings’ reserved players began jumping on their bench in excitement. After a few moments, captain Dustin Brown was seen doing star turn at the center of the field holding the Cup above his head.

Brown, the second American captain to win this championship, had no words to explain his feelings. In fact, all the players and officials present on the field became emotional and there was not a single eye left dry.
