Pregnant Snooki wishes you didn’t know she has a baby on the way
It’s probably no big surprise why Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi lied about being pregnant when interviewed on “Good Morning America” four weeks ago.
It was all about money.
The “Jersey Shore” star hadn’t yet locked in a bunch of business deals, including an exclusive arrangement with one of the celebrity magazines for the baby scoop — somewhat diluted when the Star spilled the beans a few weeks ago.
That news flash, which we now know was correct, infuriated Polizzi and also complicated matters for her MTV reality show producers — who still are trying to figure out how to merge a pregnant Snooki into the concept they have for the spinoff of “Jersey Shore” starring her and
J-Woww.
The father, by the way, is Polizzi’s longtime boyfriend, Jionni LaValle.
Polizzi has big plans for her pending mama-hood. A source close to her revealed there are proposals drafted for Polizzi to put her name on baby clothing, accessories (bibs, rattles, mobiles) and equipment (strollers, cribs).
For MTV the challenge will be to blend the concept of proper mothering with Snooki’s reputation for hard partying.
