Over the Sunday night brawl in a parking lot at West Los Angeles, Frank Ocean wished Chris Brown to be indicted. Brown is currently serving a five years trial for battering his on-and-off girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. Brown is taking the risk of having his trial invalidated should be filed indictments.

According to the Reuters reports, no charges have been made yet. However, Steve Whitmore, the spokesman for the Los Angeles County Sheriff, said that Ocean was eager to run a prosecution for this occurrence.

On Sunday, the deputies of the LA Sheriff had received a call about a clash involving six men. The deputies mentioned some onlookers who were stated that Brown, 23, knocked Ocean, 25, at the time of an argument. Ocean said to the police that the fight was over the parking space and it was Brown who attacked him first. The police also said that the brawl might be over parking on the lot. An investigation has been going on this issue.

On his Twitter account, Ocean wrote that Brown, with some other guys, stopped and attacked him outside a club on Sunday night. He also sarcastically said that if he had his dog ‘Everest’ with him at that time. Brown has not given any statement yet. However, Brown posted a photo on Instagram on Monday, showing the crucification of Jesus with a caption. In the caption, he said that the picture showed exactly what he felt that day.

The entertainment site TMZ said that no real fighting actually happened as showed by the surveillance camera. TMZ also said that it was not Brown who started the fight but Ocean and his men stopped Brown with his guys and then initiated the brawl.

Both Brown and Ocean have been nominated for the Grammys for top city contemporary album, which came out in L.A. on Feb. 10.
